The currently published fee is $150 for individual counselling, including telehealth. Mobile counselling and couples counselling are listed at $200 per session.

What can I talk about during counselling?
You can discuss whatever is affecting your wellbeing, relationships or ability to manage daily life. This may include anxiety, grief, trauma, workplace stress, separation, loneliness or a major life transition. You do not need to arrive with a diagnosis.
How long is a counselling session?
Standard counselling sessions run for 60 minutes. Kerry will discuss the format and current availability during your introductory call.
How much does counselling cost?
Impello currently lists individual counselling, including telehealth, at $150 for 60 minutes. Mobile counselling and couples counselling are listed at $200. Confirm the current fee when booking.
Do I need a referral?
You can contact Impello directly to discuss an appointment. If you are seeking support through a GP plan, private health fund, employer or another funded arrangement, ask Kerry what applies before booking.
