Counselling Mandurah.
Support when life changes faster than you can process it
The end of a relationship rarely affects one part of life. Home, family, finances, friendships and future plans can all shift at once, while you are still trying to answer ordinary emails and remember what day the bins go out.
Kerry Abbott provides separation and divorce counselling in Mandurah for people considering a separation, living through one or rebuilding afterwards.
Counselling gives you a private place to process what has happened, steady the emotional noise and think more clearly about the decisions ahead.
Support Before, During and After Separation.
You can attend from Impello’s professional office in Mandurah or connect by telehealth. Mobile counselling is available across the Mandurah region, including Halls Head, Greenfields, Meadow Springs, Falcon and Dawesville.
Deciding whether to separate
You may be unsure whether the relationship has ended or whether something can still change. Kerry can help you examine what is happening, clarify your needs and consider your choices carefully.
Navigating changed relationships
Separation can alter communication with a former partner, children, family and mutual friends. Kerry can help you prepare for difficult conversations and establish clearer boundaries.
Rebuilding life afterwards
When the immediate upheaval settles, questions about identity, loneliness and the future often remain. Counselling can help you reconnect with what matters and begin shaping the next stage of life.
Counselling That Starts with Where You Are.
Kerry brings together counselling, coaching, art therapy, meditation and breath awareness when these approaches are useful and welcomed. Sessions remain grounded in conversation, with practical support shaped around your circumstances.
